Jencare Gold Seal

Jencare Gold Seal is our peace of mind warranty for your used vehicle. All used vehicles purchased from Jennings come with the Jencare Gold Seal warranty. Available on all used vehicles, Jencare Gold Seal offers mechanical and electrical cover for up to four years, as well as vehicle recovery and contributions to hotel expenses and car hire costs, should the need arise. With Jencare Gold Seal, you can be sure of peace of mind when you drive away in a Jennings Used Vehicle.

Free 24 month warranty

Your ford vehicle benefits from a Ford Base Warranty that is operated through Ford Authorised Dealers. If any part of the vehicle requires repair or replacement as a result of a manufacturing defect, the part will be repaired or replaced completely free of charge by any Ford Authorised Dealer, regardless of any change of vehicle ownership during the warranty period. The Ford Base warranty starts on the day the vehicle is delivered to the first retail or fleet customer. Genuine Ford branded accessories fitted by Ford or a Ford Authorised Dealer prior to the handover of a new vehicle to its first customer will benefit from the same warranty terms as the Ford Base warranty, and any applicable Optional Extended Warranty coverage.

Your Ford vehicle benefits from a Ford Paint Surface Warranty that is operated through Ford Authorised dealers. If the paint surface of the vehicle body requires attention due to a manufacturing defect, the necessary repairs will be performed completely free of charge by any Ford Authorised Dealer, regardless of any change in vehicle ownership during the warranty period.

Your Ford vehicle benefits from a Ford Perforation Warranty that is operated through Ford Authorised Dealers. If any part of the original bodywork of the vehicle is perforated by rust corrosion, the panel(s) affected by the perforation will be repaired or replaced by any Ford Authorised Dealer, completely free of charge, regardless of any change in vehicle ownership. Note: the term perforation means a hole that penetrates through the bodywork caused by corrosion from the inside or underside as a result of faulty manufacture. The term bodywork does not include road wheels and attachments such as bright trim, bumpers, mouldings and hinges. The load platform installed on the Ford Transit is also excluded.

Pre delivery service

Every new Ford vehicle receives a Pre Delivery inspection to ensure you vehicle reaches you in drive away condition. Every operation of the vehicle is inspected to make sure it works correctly, and it is set correctly. From ensuring the clock shows the right time, your radio is tuned to the local stations, and any accessories that you may have purchased are fitted, the pre delivery inspection gives you peace of mind that your new ford vehicle has received the best attention from the word go.

Mileage check

Clocking is estimated to cost the motorist and the motor industry over £100 million a year, any vehicle with above average mileage can be affected. Today's cars can hide mechanical wear and tear better than ever, and their digital odometers make clocking even easier to commit - and more difficult to detect. We provide the reassurance of a National Mileage Check with the industry's leading database, comparing your vehicle with nearly 80 million others already on file, this will alert you to any apparent discrepancies. If previous readings indicate the odometer may have been tampered with, we will disclose them on our HPI Confirmation Certificate. We'll also tell you if we have a record of an odometer change, warning you that the mileage displayed won't reflect the true distance covered.

The Jennings loyalty repair card

With the ever increasing cost of motoring Jennings are pleased to announce their 'Loyalty Repair Card' - Here at Jennings we fully realize that the older a car becomes the more maintenance/repairs will be called for and with this in mind we have launched our Loyalty Repair Card, all cars up to three years old will receive a 20% discount off Labour.

This card will entitle your car to receive the best service that a Ford main dealer can offer, but at a reduced labour rate to give you cost effective motoring.
