Built and designed by local companies, Whelan Construction and Dixon Dawson Architects, the new Ford and Commercial dealership, which has been built to replace the Group’s former site at North Hylton Road, boasts a spacious and practical layout with a modern reception area and offices have been fitted with high specification equipment and fittings throughout. The exterior provides an extensive vehicle display and comfortably accommodates up to 200 used Ford cars, Commercials and Mazda vehicles making it the regions premier used car site.

As well as a sales and after sales department, which ensures customers are completely satisfied with the service they’ve received, customers can take advantage of a new initiative which has been launched within the Service Advice Centre. The scheme involves an ‘on the spot’ vehicle health check, which is available to both commercial and retail customers. Service Department will also incorporate a night shift in order to complete work on Transits and HGVs.
